Undesirable vegetation is removed through physical means exclusively. This means only methods such as smothering, uprooting, and cultivation are used instead of chemical herbicides.

We apply absolutely zero substances that could be classified as toxic to any living creature regardless of organic/conventional designation.

Our current model of egg production involves feeding our chicken hens organic grains and supplemental vegetable scraps in a free-range, deep-bedding enclosure. This system is currently being completely overhauled to a far more regenerative pasture rotation system.

Our soil nutrition is supplied almost exclusively from composted household waste materials. Supplementation with organic fertilizers such as blood meal or bone meal are sometimes necessary. Zero chemical fertilizers have been used since 2018.
